You can hop on the Clear Creek Trail, a 20 mile long paved path. The trail meanders along Clear Creek from Downtown Golden through much of northwest Denver to Welby. It also intersects several other regional recreational trails along its route. 

Crown Hill Park & Wildlife Preserve is a 242 acre recreation area operated by Jefferson County Open Space in unincorporated Jefferson County. The Park is located between Wheat Ridge and Lakewood.  Trails are cement or decomposed granite with benches scattered throughout. The lake trail is 1.2 miles. Public restrooms at the parking lot.

Wheat Ridge Recreation Center is a short distance. Located at 4005 Wadsworth Blvd. Classes, swim lessons, a climbing wall, summer camps are a few of the offerings. Check out the website

COMMUTE

Whether you want to get to the mountains quick or cruise downtown with an easy commute, this central location is for you. Jump on I70, stay on 38th Avenue, or wait for the G Line FasTracts (Gold Line) electric commuter rail line to be opened for an easy and fast commute to downtown Denver. The line will travel between Denver Union Station and Ward Road in Wheat Ridge. 

38TH & WADSWORTH REDEVELOPMENT
